BCATS Public Participation Plan Seeking Public Comment

The Bay City Area Transportation Study (BCATS) is seeking public comment on the proposed 2025 Public Participation Plan (PPP). The PPP includes information about methods for public involvement in the transportation planning process, as well as requirements for communication of upcoming transportation documents and planning development. The 45-day public comment period is May 28, 2025 through July 12, 2025. You may also view the proposed PPP on the Bay County website at www.baycountymi.gov/transportation.

The public is encouraged to submit written comments to BCATS by emailing them to Joshua VanderLaan, Bay County Transportation Planner/GIS Technician at [email protected], or by mail to 515 Center Avenue, Suite 504, Bay City, MI 48708. Please submit your comments by no later than July 12th, 2025.
