Please Note: A contract must be signed with a room deposit at least one month in advance of room rental.
Various room sizes are available for all occasions. Including showers, parties, classes, business meetings and more. Room rates are hourly.

Bay County Fairgrounds
The Canteen Hall
Are you looking to host a wedding, graduation party, shower, or large event? The Canteen at the Bay County Fairgrounds might be the perfect place!
The canteen has a seating capacity is 180 people, (COVID rules apply) with an abundance of parking for all of your guests.
Canteen Daily Rental Rates:
- $330.00/day (no alcohol) additional $125.00 security deposit at contract signing
- $330.00/day (alcohol served plus additional fee for security guards) additional $125.00 security deposit due at contract signing
Security deposit will be refunded if the premises is left in the condition it was at rental time.
Canteen Hourly Rates:
- Weekday $50.00 (non-alcohol)
- Weekend $60.00 (non-alcohol)

Rental Storage Space
Indoor storage space is available at the fairgrounds for your vehicle, boat, travel trailer or motorcycle:
- October 15th to May 1st
- $215.00 per unit
- 10' high limit
